The description

This product is a soy milk flavored protein powder, from the Dear Natura brand. It was purchased from my local Welcia drugstore and was priced at 1598 yen.

The good

This product is a good option for anyone who is seeking to incorporate more protein in their diet. I personally don't eat a ton of meat, so I like to supplement that with protein shakes every now and then. The package contains a powder which you can mix with your choice of water or milk, and it's easy to prepare. The flavor does taste just like soy milk when mixed, so it's a fairly neutral and likeable taste. I think blending it up with ice in a blender would make it even more enjoyable to drink, which is probably what I'll do on the next time I prepare it.

The not so good

There are a couple of things to note about this product. First of all, it's *soy milk flavored*, but that doesn't mean it doesn't contain dairy. The allergen list on the product specifies that dairy is one of them, so if you are lactose intolerant or have some kind of dairy allergy then this isn't the product for you. To note, eggs and soy are also listed as allergens. Also, if you just mix the product with a spoon, it does have a little bit of a gritty texture like some protein powders do. I recommend using a shaker bottle if you have one, to try and eliminate that downside.
