Last day of the Urasa Chrysanthemum Festival is today!

The Urasa Chrysanthemum Festival is one of my favorite local events each year, and today is the last day for it! I've blogged about it before here, but it really is such a lovely festival, there are so many of these beautiful chrysanthemums on display, and some are even grown by local school kids! I think that's such a great way to get kids interested and involved in caring for nature, and I wish my home country did similar programs!

Anyway, on the off chance that someone reads this who is in the area today, go and check it out. Bishamondo Temple is a cool place to check out year-round, though!
