The Cheese Tsukimi Burger is a satisfying upgrade to the classic Tsukimi experience. I prefer it to the "Tsukimi Burger" which is pretty much the same except there is no cheese! The combination of beef, bacon, egg, and cheese creates a well-balanced burger that feels both comforting and indulgent. The melted cheese adds extra richness. I love the egg in particular, a type of poached egg that is well done, so it's not messy, but as you can see in the photo - the cheese on mine was a little messy this time. The egg was also a little overdone, but that is the exception not the rule. Its good enough, that I usually buy this each September!

While the Cheese Tsukimi Burger offers a pleasant combination of ingredients, it may not live up to expectations for everyone. The cheese certainly adds richness, but it can also dominate the overall flavor, making it difficult to fully appreciate the beef patty. Those looking for a strong beef taste may find the cheese and bacon overpowering at times. The biggest downfall, particularly if - like me - you like this burger, it is only available for a short period of time. However, for as long as I can remember, they bring it out every September, so you just have to wait 11 months to try it again!
