This is a truly refreshing yogurt drink. It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste some yogurts have, and it was easy to drink the whole thing without finding it too one note. I got them to add a little dollop of fresh strawberry jam, in case I thought it was too one note upon tasting. At is turns out, I didn't need it. But it was a nice contrast, and I don't regret adding it, but next time I think I will just get the drink plain. It's very hard to describe what makes this yogurt drink so good. It is not just the smoothness or freshness or the lack of tang... there is something more, that I just can't put my finger on. I was really happy with the flavor; refreshing, lightly sweet and easy to enjoy.

As an original product of Enomoto Dairy Farm, this product is only available at this farm. However, they sell it online too, or at least a version of it. Their products are truly delicious and well worth sampling either at the farm or from purchasing online. In the past, I wouldn't really write reviews for smaller brands, but thanks to a comment Tonetoedo made in the Q&A section of City-cost, I have reconsidered that. It is not cheap at 420 yen, especially for the quantity. And truth be told I would rarely pay that much for a yogurt drink, but I made an exception for this 'granita' because I know how good Enomoto's dairy products are. I also want to support this local farm (it is close to Kawagoe) in any way I can.
