The description
This Negiusagi bath ball combines bath-time fun with a collectible mascot from a character series. Dissolve the bath ball in warm water to reveal one of six Negiusagi figures.
The good
I bought this product, a bath ball, for my daughter. She chose the character herself. I have to admit, I'd never seen Negiusagi before. She tells me he's known 'online'. There are six different charms that are revealed when the bath ball is dissolved. Five of them are shown at the instore display and the back of the packet, and the sixth is a "secret" one. My daughter was particularly happy to secure one of the secret mascot. The bath ball is very easy to use: just pop it into a hot bath and watch it dissolve. This particular one gives off a color too. Waiting for the ball to dissolve adds a bit of fun, especially for kids.
The not so good
While the fact that the bath ball leaves a color in the bath as it dissolves is fun and exciting for kids, some adults might not appreciate their bath being turned green! If you are one of them, avoid this product. Personally, I don't mind, especially as this one didn't smell, but in the past I have found that some of them smell a bit funky! The price seemed a little expensive at 250 yen before tax, especially as you can get bath balls in the 100 yen store. But I suppose the ones in the 100 yen store don't have as good a character / charm or surprise in them. It might actually be the 100 yen ones that I found a bit smelly in the past! Overall, my daughter and I were happy with this product and I would buy this product again.
