Welcome Back City-Cost

Last night, I went to write another blog post late at night and saw that the website was "under maintenance". So, I moved on... or at least I tried to. The next three websites I went to all had the same message "under maintenance". Naturally, I realized at this stage that it wasn't 'just me' and something was going on.

A quick search online revealed that hundreds, possibly thousands, of websites in Japan were temporarily offline, with a message "under maintenance". I caught a piece on the news about it this morning too, but it didn't quite explain what happened. Regardless, it seems most websites are back now.

I have been periodically checking all day to see if City-cost was back and was delighted to discover just now that it is back. Welcome back City-cost! I missed you and I am certain many others did too.
