Misdo Reveals its 2026 Pokemon lineup, with a Slowpoke Debut

For many people in Japan, the annual reveal of Mister Donut's Pokémon collaboration has become as much a sign of the season as autumn leaves or winter illuminations. Every year, the themed donuts generate excitement well beyond the Pokémon fan community, with cute designs, limited availability, and plenty of social media buzz helping them become one of the chain's most anticipated promotions.
This year's lineup includes the return of the Pikachu donut, a fixture of the Pokémon collaboration that gets a slightly different look each year. The 2026 version features a fluffy whipped cream filling with custard chocolate flakes. Joining it is the Pon de Alolan Diglett donut, which puts a Pokémon twist on Mister Donut's signature chewy Pon De ring, complete with chocolate "soil" and Alolan Diglett peeking out from the center. The photo is of a previous year when they had a similar one with Diglett.
The biggest news, however, is the debut of Slowpoke. The relaxed Pokémon is getting its own donut for the first time, featuring a white chocolate coating, strawberry milk sugar, and whipped cream details inspired by its distinctive appearance.
Pre-orders for the Pikachu and Alolan Diglett donuts begin on October 27th, with pickups starting from November 2nd. True to its name, though, Slowpoke will be a little slower to arrive, with pre-orders opening on November 18th and pickups beginning on November 23rd.
Will you be trying any of this year's Pokémon donuts?
