It's that time of year where all things strawberry flavored start popping up on store shelves, and this new white chocolate and strawberry whipped cream Chocopie from Lotte is one of the newest ones I've come across! It consists of three key components, which are the crispy white chocolate outer coating, the moist cake inside, and a filling of strawberry whipped cream that contains actual strawberry juice! The flavor is really nice and I think the tartness of the strawberry flavor is balanced well with the sweetness of the white chocolate. A fabulous combination!

Obviously one key downside with this product is that it's a limited time only thing. If you find yourself really enjoying it, the window to get your hands on it is pretty narrow. Also, it is reasonably sweet owing to the white chocolate. I know that some folks don't care for white chocolate all that much because of that sweetness, so it's something to keep in mind. Overall though, I thought it was great, the strawberry whipped cream filling is delicious and I think it feels like a very appropriate release for this time of year.
