Summer vibes already

It's currently 26 degrees Celsius here in my part of Niigata Prefecture, which is making it feel a bit more like summer than an early spring day! I feel like one minute we still have snow on the ground, and then the next it's beautiful days like this.

I'm not mad about the warmth, especially since it's not paired with super-peak humidity, but news outlets are going as far as to warn people to take care of their health because of it.

I do wonder what this early heat means that "real" summer will have in store for us. I can't help but feel that it's going to be another year of record-breaking heat.
