Cool concepts in Japan: age vitamins

I'm at the age now where I really have to think more about vitamins and supplements. Recently, I saw a product range that I hadn't before from FANCL, which is one of the big health brands here. They sell neatly packaged vitamin packs designed specifically for each decade of life, with options for your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond.

Each pack contains a mix tailored to your age group, with things like collagen and iron for your 30s, or calcium and coenzyme Q10 for your 50s. It's such a smart idea, especially in a country where convenience is everything. Instead of buying multiple bottles and guessing what you need, you just grab a bag for your age range and you're set for the month.

Have you seen these or given them a try? If so, are they worth purchasing?
