Amazon Japan can be a surprisingly good place to shop for kids clothes if you time it right, and these sweatpants were less than half of the price on the tag -- I got them for 2032 yen, but the tag price is 4950 yen. I was pretty pleased with the value for money aspect there! The pants themselves are a nice, soft velour material, so they're definitely the kind of comfy pants that are great for lounging. They're a pale-ish green color (hard to show in photos!) but I think they're non-gender specific too which is handy if you're a household who appreciates hand-me-downs!

Because these pants are on the lighter side of the color spectrum, they are a touch more sheer than I'd like -- which isn't a big deal if you're wearing them around the house, but I think you'd probably have to be wary about wearing them outside! There's also the obvious mess factor, if you end up spilling something on them it's more likely to stain. That aside though, I think if you're looking for some super comfy house lounging pants for your kiddo -- and at a decent price for Adidas -- then these are a good option to try. The stretchy waistband is also nice!
