I love getting Japanese magazines for one main reason -- they come with some really excellent freebies that typically exceed the retail price of the magazine itself. The March issue of Voce comes with some samples of Shiseido's Vital Perfection firming cream (super exxy if you buy the full sized product, so it's nice to try!) plus a Jill Stuart brow mascara. If you like being able to try new products in a fairly risk-free way, getting magazines with samples is a good way to do that! The actual content of the magazine focuses on beauty trends, so if that interests you it's a fun publication to flick through.

As typically tends to be the case with these magazines with good freebies, there's a lot of advertising inside -- and that doesn't really bother me since I mainly buy for the free stuff, but if you're expecting every single page to be full of information and articles then you might end up sorely disappointed. Also, the brow mascara doesn't really work for my skin tone (it's got an interesting lavender tint to it) but I guess some people might find it fun and unique! I'm going to see if any of my friends want it so it doesn't go to waste.
