The good
If you appreciate ready-to-go breakfasts that don't require any prep, this mango smoothie bowl from the Dole brand is one option to consider! It's similar in a sense to their acai smoothie bowl that was released a little while back, but obviously the mango is the star of the show here. This one has Alphonse mango puree along with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, and a sachet of granola for a bit of textural crunch. It's recommended to leave this sitting at room temperature for about 30 minutes before consuming, but if you're in a hurry you can microwave it.
The not so good
As I mentioned, you do need to thaw this before consuming it since it comes frozen. It's minimal prep, of course, but there is still that element of not being able to enjoy it right away. Also, I do feel that the price is a bit expensive compared to the portion size. Of course, you do pay a bit for convenience, and I feel like mangoes are a typically expensive fruit here, but you could always try to DIY this at home if you have frozen mango (they usually sell it via 7-11s store brand) and some chopped fruit. I'll be trying that in the future, to make my own smoothie bowl :)
