A Pompompurin collab at Sushiro

If you're a fan of Sushiro like my household is, the chain's latest collab with Sanrio is a fun excuse to head out for a meal. This time it's all about Pompompurin, who's celebrating his 30th anniversary in 2026.

The collab is running until November 8th, and it combines sushi faves with character-themed desserts and collectible merch. Menu items include shrimp salad and hamburger nigiri, while sweet treats such as tiramisu cake and pudding à la mode come with limited-edition Pompompurin stickers.

The real appeal for the big Sanrio fans is the range of extras, which includes character-designed sushi picks, mini charms, plushies, and zip pouches. Some items are distributed randomly, so there's a little surprise involved with each purchase.
