These Moroccan Yogurt waffles at Family Mart caught my eye recently, and they're a limited time collaboration product if those appeal to you! Moroccan Yogurt as a brand first went on sale back in the early 1960s (you can read a bit about it here: https://mainichi.jp/english/articles/20211227/p2a/00m/0li/017000c) and despite the name it's not actually yogurt but a "yogurt style" cream. That's what these waffles are filled with, and I actually think flavor-wise it works pretty well! I like that you get two pieces in pack, too, which makes it easy to share or save one for later.

If you don't know what Moroccan yogurt is, it'd probably be quite easy to assume that the filling was actual yogurt in some capacity. I think it's good to keep in mind that it's *not* actual yogurt, just from an expectation management perspective! Still, these are fun and tasty, I loved the little "taco-like" waffle format (makes them easy to hold and not messy!), and I appreciated the two in a pack deal so you can share them or stash one away. Keep an eye out for them at your nearest Family Mart convenience store if they look appealing to you -- happy eating, and enjoy!
