The first huge plus about this product is that it really jam-packs in the protein content, in what is a reasonably-sized drink. The 250 ml bottle contains an impressive 20 grams of protein, so it's a really easy way to increase your protein intake, especially if you're like me and don't eat a ton of red meat and other high protein foods. The flavor of it is really nice, too, with a berry yogurt taste to it. It's not the cheapest item out there, but I do think for the amount of protein it contains that it's actually pretty reasonable.

As I mentioned above, it's not the cheapest drink at 235 yen, but I do feel that the value for money aspect is there given that the protein content is so high and it does a good job of actually keeping you feeling full for an extended period of time. If you are looking for a more budget friendly option, some of the Top Valu Greek yogurts at Aeon also have good protein counts (albeit not 20 grams) for around half the price. Keep your eye out for evening markdowns, too, because they can save you a bit of cash. Overall though, I liked this a lot and would probably purchase it again for the great protein count.
