Weekend free veggie haul

One of the big benefits of living in the countryside is that we have some awesome neighbors that share the bounty of their extra veggies with us. During summer that means a heap of things like tomatoes, cucumber, corn, and eggplant, but this morning's haul was a bit different! My neighbor had a surplus of goya, and I've got this to cook with!

The only thing I've ever had goya in is champuru, so I will probably be looking up a recipe for that online. If you have any good ideas outside of that, though, feel free to throw them my way!
