I like keeping a track of great skincare products in this region of the world, and along with my love of several Japanese beauty brands I've also been embracing the K-Beauty trend. This Ilso Super Melting Sebum Softener Kit is a product I'd seen a bunch of hype about online, and it lived up to expectations. The product comes with a bottle of the Sebum Softener, some cotton pads, and a little scrape-y tool. Basically you soak the cotton pads in the liquid, lay them on your face wherever you're trying to de-gunk your pores, and then scrape the tool over your skin once the Sebum Softener has had a chance to do its magic. It works incredibly well and my skin looks and feels so much better after using it!

While there were Japanese instructions on some parts of the packaging, it wasn't included on everything. It's fairly intuitive though, so maybe that's why they didn't translate every single thing. One other downside is that I had to order it online via Amazon Japan. Maybe you could find it at a beauty shop somewhere like Shin-Okubo which is Tokyo's Korea Town area! Overall though, I would call this a holy grail skincare product and I can see why it lives up to the hype. Worth the purchase!!
