It's a prune flavored yogurt drink that contains the daily requirement for iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12, so you get a trifecta of useful stuff in the one beverage. Taste-wise it's quite nice, and the price feels pretty reasonable at 135 yen including tax -- not bad when you consider the health benefits.
