Guess who's back...back again

This year has been a record breaker in terms of summer heat, which has led to some usual sights and sounds of summer not being as prolific as years gone by -- and cicadas are a big part of that. Fellow City-Cost blogger BigFamJapan touched on the topic in a blog a few weeks back, but I'm pleased to say that I had a decent-sized cicada sighting this week!

I don't think there have been as many of them this year as there have been in past years, but I've still been encouraged to see and hear some!
