I've tried a few different flavors of First Kitchen's 'Flavor Potato' range and this one, the 'plain' option is my favorite. The plain is actually salted. You can ask them to hold the salt if you prefer. The fries are crisp, lightly salted, and easy to enjoy without feeling heavy. Because there’s no extra seasoning, the potato flavor comes through clearly, making it a good choice if you want real French fries. It also makes a great match for burgers or drinks. You can get them as part of a set or on their own.

It doesn't feel like a large size, it feels more like a medium size. The box size they have is much better value for money. It felt expensive at 430 yen given the disappointing quantity. The Plain (Salt) Flavor Potato is fine, but it may feel a little too basic compared to First Kitchen’s more unique seasonings. The simplicity means the fries can taste a bit plain if you’re hoping for something bold or distinctive. It’s a safe option, though not the most memorable in the Flavor Potato lineup.
