Toy Story 5 Fever in Japan

At the game center today, I saw several crane games filled with Toy Story 5 prizes. I had only learned last week that the Toy Story 5 movie was due out this month, yet in just a few days the merchandise has exploded - suddenly it's here, there, and everywhere.

You know something has truly taken off in Japan when it gets multiple crane games dedicated to it. And without knowing anything about the plot of the movie, I could already guess from the Toy Story 5 crane game prizes that technology-based toys play a role!

I was curious when I got home, so I did a quick Internet search, which revealed that the movie had the biggest opening day for a Hollywood animation post pandemic. So, I am expecting the Toy Story fever to be around for a while yet!
