The description
This product is a pack of six good sized, soft-serve style swirl ice-cream with cones, in three flavors: chocolate, vanilla and vanilla-choco. Cute packaging.
The good
This product instils a sense of nostalgia in me. When my children were smaller, this was the ice-cream I bought most. But they have 'graduated' from these mini soft serves. They will still eat them on occasion, but they prefer other, more adult type ice-creams. However, despite saying that, I do think this ice-cream is suitable for all ages. The cone is relatively nice, for something that comes out of a freezer. The ice-cream is really good too. The vanilla is the most popular in this house, followed closely by chocolate. The third flavor offers both those flavors swirled around each other.
The not so good
Although, that third flavor offers both the vanilla and chocolate, it is the least popular in my household. I actually stopped buying the product for a few years, because the two vanilla and two chocolate would be whipped up in seconds, but the remaining vanilla-choc could sit in the freezer for weeks! The size is a little small, but that might be ideal for a lot of people, especially children or anyone who doesn't want to spoil their appetite between meals. The price isn't bad, working out at just over 50 yen each after tax, but there are more affordable and equally delicious options on the market. Overall, although I don't buy this six pack of Uzumaki soft serve as much as I used to, I will buy it again.
