This is one of Mister Donut's classic offerings. I am a huge fan of Angel Cream, so when I haven't been to Mister Donut for a long time that is what I always get. But sometimes I am in Mister Donuts a bit more often, like during summer holidays, and I like to mix it up! If you are a chocolate fan you can't go wrong with this triple chocolate delight. A chocolate ring donut dripped in smooth chocolate on the top half, finished with crunchy chocolate pieces. It has a great texture to it. It is one of the more affordable donuts on offer at just 187 yen (before tax).

Personally, I always enjoy this donut when I get it. But today, in the heat, the layer of chocolate on top melted on to my fingers. Honestly, I didn't mind one bit, but just pointing it out as a potential negative for some people. Also, if you are not a chocolate fan it mightn't be the best donut to get! Even if you are a fan, some people might find this donut a bit too one note. It might also feel a bit heavy if you were just looking for something light to eat. Overall, I was happy with it and will buy it again in the future, but it will never become my most regular buy.
