The flavor of these Maple Apple Danish hearts is really good. However, as far as I am aware, they are only available in the "mini" size, which is literally just a bite. Only having one (as we were sharing a set with different sizes and flavors of Danish Heart) left me feeling unsatiated! Thankfully, I had other flavors to enjoy and fill the void. But you certainly wouldn't feel full after just one of these! It’s designed to be lightly sweet, aromatic, and easy to enjoy as a small treat with tea or coffee.

Unlike some of the other flavors of Danish Hearts, the Maple Apple flavor doesn't come in the medium size, it only comes in the mini size - at my local branch of Andersen anyway. Perhaps they have other sizes in other branches. Moreover, you can't buy them individually, like the other flavors, you have to buy them in a set. You can get a set with six to seven of them. I think how many you get is determined by weight. Alternatively, you can choose them as part of the sets where you can choose a few different flavors. They are not cheap. It costs 486 yen for the set with six to seven hearts, but, as above, they are only bite size.
