I really liked this Annindofu aka Almond Jelly from Steak Gusto's dessert & sweets menu. The almond jelly was really smooth and creamy, silky almost. I found it very refreshing. It is very visually appealing. It was one of the first I noticed on the dessert menu of twelve different mini desserts. The raspberry sauce adds a bright, tangy note that keeps the dessert from feeling too mild. I'd say the mango pieces also add a nice contrast, but as you will see in the next paragraph, I can't actually eat them myself so I can't speak to that.

Just a small thing, that is not an issue with the dessert or the restaurant itself, but maybe something worth mentioning. I can't eat mango due to an intolerance. So, I just removed the mango myself. I might have been able to have them removed in the kitchen, I don't know because you order through a machine, If somebody is serving you, you can easily discuss the options available to you in situations like this, but when you are doing it through a machine you don't have that convenience. It was easy to remove the mango, and I still found this annindofu / almond jelly dessert delicious. I would definitely order it again.
