Do you struggle with sleep during the rainy season?
As we approach the rainy season, many people say the combo of rising humidity, warmer temperatures, and unstable weather starts affecting both their sleep and overall energy levels.

A recent survey found that more than 70% of respondents experience some kind of lethargy or drowsiness before the rainy season fully begins, and for many of them, the biggest issue seems to be sleep quality. Humid nights and fluctuating temps can make bedrooms feel less than comfortable, which naturally leads to lighter sleep and less restful nights overall.
Changes in atmospheric pressure were also commonly mentioned as a reason people feel unwell during this time of year. It's fairly common to hear people talk about weather-related headaches, fatigue, or sluggishness as the seasons shift, and I do notice that barometric pressure changes sets off my migraines!
The survey also found that while some people try to manage symptoms by getting more sleep, staying hydrated, taking baths, or fitting in a bit of exercise, around one third said they don't take any particular measures at all.
With the rainy season just around the corner, it may be a good time to pay a little extra attention to sleep habits and indoor comfort. Sometimes small things (like adjusting room humidity, improving airflow, or simply getting to bed earlier) can make the season feel a bit easier to handle!
