Something I love about these Oikos Greek yogurts in their myriad of flavors is that they pack a ton of protein in to a fairly low calorie count. This one has just over 10 grams of protein for only 94 calories, so it's an excellent way of upping your protein consumption in a relatively low-cal way. Taste-wise I love this one, too. It's so fresh and zingy tasting owing to the lemon and lemon peel flavor, and it has actual tiny pieces of lemon peel within the yogurt too. Not so much that it makes it overly textured, but enough that you notice it and it feel like more of an adult-friendly yogurt. Great with granola! It's low GI as well so if that's something you consider when picking groceries then this is worth checking out.

I do think that while I adore the lemon flavor, it probably isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea -- it's tart and zingy, and I think some people might appreciate the more conventional flavors like strawberry or blueberry which are also stocked in the Oikos range. Overall though, this is really tasty if you like lemon flavored things, and if you mix it with some granola it feels almost like a dessert. Keep an eye out for it at your local supermarkets/convenience stores if it sounds appealing to you. Happy eating!
