Three wacky Amazon Japan costumes (if you're needing something for Halloween!)

We have a small Halloween get together this weekend, organized through my husband's university - it's mainly for the kids to have a bit of fun and get dressed up, but they did stress the point that adults were more than welcome to join in on the fun too if they wanted. 

I don't have anything in my wardrobe right now that I could really put together a costume out of, so I took to Amazon Japan to have a browse and see what offerings they had. Here's three chuckle-worthy ones that I found.

I'm not even quite sure what to make of this - it made me laugh because it reminded me of the outfits that fencers wear in the Olympics...this is just a much more flamboyant version. Would be great if you were trying to go incognito though...my only question is how on Earth do you see out of that thing?!

Yup, there's an eggplant costume. If you want to get some laughs by being a human eggplant emoji, then you've found your way to do it. 

A rasher of bacon

A good breakfast to me always includes a tasty amount of bacon - and hey, if you're the same and can't get bacon off your mind then you could always go as a rasher of it. It'd probably be advisable at this time of year to wear a shirt under it, though!

Perhaps needless to say, my Halloween costume quest is still happening...
