If you're looking for a fun and inexpensive way to welcome the new year with a sweet treat, these year of the horse zodiac chocolates are a fun way to do just that. There's a lot to love about them, including the cute box they come in, and the fact that each chocolate is individually wrapped. They're also a steal of a deal at only 270 yen for the box, which I still don't fully understand! It feels so reasonably priced that you'd think the chocolate wouldn't be that good, but it's surprisingly nice!

This is just a limited time thing at Kaldi Coffee Farm stores to welcome the new year, so I don't know how long it will be available for. I find that they tend to disappear from shelves pretty quickly, so if you want to snag a box I would suggest hopping in to your nearest store sooner rather than later! Overall, these are really nicely packaged, a fun way to welcome the new year, and such a reasonably priced item, almost shockingly so. Keep them in mind if you're looking for a sweet treat that won't cost the earth and feels special!
