St. Marc Cafe does a good job of releasing fun flavors of their classic Chococro product regularly throughout the year, and this chocolate banana offering is the latest one to enjoy. What's nice about this one is that it contains actual fresh banana along with the usual chocolate filling. There's also some toasted almonds on top, which add a bit of flavor and a nice textural crunch! If you find yourself really liking this, you can also purchase them in a box of 5 for 1750 yen, which ends up a little bit cheaper than the price for one (350 yen as opposed to 390 yen for just one).

Obviously the main downside with this is the fact that it's a limited time only offering. Apparently it's only going to be on sale until July 2nd, so if you want to try it out then the window to grab one is pretty narrow. It's a release that has happened before, though, so there might be opportunities to get it again in the future. Overall, this is a solid flavor combo (banana and chocolate go together really well, IMO!) and the price feels fairly decent, or at least in line with what I would expect it to be priced at.
