If you hadn't noticed I really enjoy yogurt, and it's something I consume almost every day -- typically as my go-to breakfast, but I also like it as a dessert when I'm craving something sweet. This frozen yogurt bar from the Meiji Bulgaria range definitely feels more like a dessert than your standard tub of yogurt, but with some added health benefits. Like other items in Meiji's Bulgaria range, this contains LB81, a type of lactic acid bacteria that helps promote good gut health. It's a nice way to feel like you're doing something good for yourself and having a little indulgence at the same time.

I found this in my local supermarket's freezer section, but I can't say that I've seen it at convenience stores before, or maybe I just haven't been paying attention! I'd love to see them stock it as a (slightly) healthier option than regular ice creams. Overall though, this is a solidly tasty product that feels like a dessert but also helps you promote good digestive health, and that's always a win in my book.
