The first thing that caught me with this product was how cute the design was. The top of the souffle is embossed with an adorable cow cartoon, and it really gives off the impression that this product is high quality. The dessert has a few different components to it -- there's the soufflé layer, some whipped cream, plus milk sauce and milk pudding. All of the elements worked really well together, and I liked that the dessert was sweet but not overwhelmingly so. If you like milky flavored desserts, this was a winner.

I did feel that this was quite an expensive dessert for the size of the product -- at almost 350 yen it was much higher priced than a lot of other desserts on Family Mart's shelves. Even though it was thoroughly delicious, I don't know that I'd recommend it for folks who are looking for the best value for money. That point aside, it is a tasty and fun dessert, and if it sounds good to you I still think it's worth trying at least once. I'm not sure how long it's going to be around for, so I would suggest checking at your local Family Mart ASAP. Happy eating!
