The description

This product is simply called a butter waffle, but I know them better as stroopwafels. It's a single item, and was purchased from Kaldi Coffee Farm for 150 yen.

The good

If you've ever had a stroopwafel before and you're wondering where to find them in Japan, check at your nearest Kaldi Coffee Farm! They consist of two thin waffle cookies with a caramel syrup filling in the middle, and they're super delicious served with a cup of coffee or tea. Basically, once you pour your hot beverage of choice, you pop your stroopwafel on the top for a couple of minutes to let the caramel filling warm up, and hey presto -- it's one of the best sweet treats ever! This product didn't disappoint!

The not so good

Because this product is a single stroopwafel for 150 yen, it can feel a little pricey. I would like to see Kaldi Coffee Farm offer larger packs of them at a reduced per-item rate so that they were more economical overall. Other than that, I'd highly recommend this product if you've tried stroopwafels before and you've been missing them! They're such a fun little indulgence that make a morning coffee break so much better, and it's nice to know that there is a place where you can get your fix here in Japan!
