This is a really nice ice cream product for fans of matcha-flavored desserts. It's made with matcha from Miyazaki Prefecture, and it has a really great taste and depth of flavor without being bitter. It's apparently made under the supervision of Shoji Sekiya, a 10th dan tea master, and it did come across as a more premium product -- even from the packaging. The product is only 101 calories for the whole thing, too, so it's a nice way to have a refreshing icy sweet treat without the calorie bomb. I definitely recommend it for tea lovers.

This is a smaller sized ice cream bar -- it clocks in at 80ml, and while that's great from a portion control perspective, I think it can be seen as a negative when compared to the price (192 yen). It is also quite simple, which is great if you like ice cream bars with a smooth, plain texture, but some ice cream fans might be left wanting more "razzle dazzle" than what you get from this. Other than those points, I still thoroughly enjoyed this product, and I would recommend it to fans of matcha flavored desserts.
