Please use a toilet finely? Bad English at the Golden Pavilion

Public restrooms in Japan seem to be an incredible find when it comes to amusing signage. I had to share this one - again courtesy of my father in law - who saw this today at the public restrooms at none other than the Golden Pavilion. 

I don’t know what the cleaning staff have seen there before in order to instruct people to use the restroom facilities “finely”...but I‘m guessing it probably wasn’t as beautiful as what’s outside. I’m still also not sure what the best English translation for this would be. I’m guessing it’s probably the equivalent of when restrooms will have signage that asks you to be considerate of others and clean up mess that you might make.
