This McPork burger from McDonalds has quite a few good things going for it, with the first one being the price. At only 230 yen for the burger, it's a pretty cost effective option compared to a lot of their other meaty offerings. In terms of the ingredients, it's a simple burger but that was appealing to me. It consists of a pork patty with lettuce and a special garlic pepper sauce, and I feel like all of the elements worked together really well. The peppery sauce was balanced by the fresh lettuce, and I think the pork patty was flavorful. A good way to use up any loose change you might have in your pocket!

If you prefer your burgers to be a bit more involved with ingredients (e.g. cheese, for one) then this option might feel a little bit lackluster for you. Also, as far as I know this is just a limited time thing (I hadn't noticed it before!) so if you find yourself really enjoying it then the window to get your hands on it is pretty slim. Overall though, this is a tasty and simple burger offering that manages to be quite easy on the wallet, too. Keep an eye out for it at your nearest McDonalds store if it sounds appealing to you.
