Soup season!
In my home country, soup was more of a winter habit, but here it feels tied to the rhythm of autumn. That's probably because a lot of the veggies I like making soup with (namely kabocha and sweet potato!) are prolific at this time of year.
This recipe for kabocha soup is an easy one with no out of left field ingredients. The taste is really rich and creamy, and I think it's perfect as we head into cooler temps.
