Small joys as an expat

Do you ever just have those small moments of joy as an expat, particularly ones that make you feel more and more like this is home? Last month I saw that one of my favorite Niigata cafes is now offering lamingtons on their menu. They're a traditional Aussie dessert that consists of sponge cake with a jammy filling, coated in chocolate and then covered in coconut. 

They're not the easiest things to find, so when I saw this online I was pretty thrilled!
