While plain Greek yogurt might not be everyone's pick, I often buy it because it's really easy to control how much you sweeten it. Sometimes, the added ingredients/fruit sauces are quite high in sugar, whereas if you get the plain variety you can add things like honey or fresh fruit for a more natural sweetness. Another reason I love this brand is the high protein factor. This tub packs in just over 10 grams of protein, so if you're looking for a yogurt product that actually keeps you feeling satiated then I'd highly recommend this brand.

There's something convenient about the tubs that already come with flavors mixed in, especially if you're someone who struggles with the fairly tart-tasting nature of Greek yogurt. If that's the case you may prefer to just get the ones that already have the fruit sauces in there, such as the strawberry and blueberry options which are widely available. Overall though I'm a fan of this product because it gives me control over how much sweetness I want to add to it -- you could also use it for savory things such as making tzatziki sauce for wraps or as a dip.
