This new honey and lemon flavor of Oikos Greek yogurt is a really nice option for anyone wanting a good balance of sweet yet sour/zingy flavors. It is a non-fat yogurt, and the entire thing comes in at only 89 calories...but the cool part is that it manages to pack in 10 grams of protein in that. I like these a lot when I'm craving a dessert but don't want something that's really going to throw me off track for the day. The protein means that it's satisfying and does a good job of keeping you feeling full for a decent amount of time.

I'm not the biggest fan of non-fat yogurts (I feel like in the 90s/2000s that fat was demonized, when it's actually a very important part of a balanced diet) and I feel like this would have been just fine with full fat dairy used in it. Wouldn't have added that many calories, and probably would have upped the protein and overall satiety even more. Overall though, a solid option for a lower calorie sweet treat, and it's hard to beat that protein to calorie statistic.
