I always find the Essel super cups from Meiji to be pretty good value for money, and that's also the case with this one. Coming in at under 200 yen, it's a whole lot cheaper than a Haagen Dazs individual tub of ice cream, and just as delicious and satisfying! This new release is a Banana Chocolate Cookie flavor, and I think it's a great option for anyone who likes fruity-chocolatey flavors, and also folks who enjoy a bit of texture in their ice creams of choice. The cookie bits dotted throughout add a nice mouthfeel to the product, and I would happily recommend it to others!

This is a limited time only flavor release, so if you find yourself really enjoying it, you only have a short window of time to get your hands on it. I'm not 100% sure how long it's going to be available for, but if you see it, grab it -- and potentially stock up on a couple of extras if you have a bit of freezer space to spare!
