The description

This product is a bottle of carrot salad dressing which can also be used on pastas. It was purchased from Kaldi Coffee Farm, and it's priced at 473 yen including tax.

The good

This is a fun salad dressing flavor if you want something different to the usual oil or cream based dressings that are typically on store shelves. This one primarily features carrots, but also uses soy sauce, onions, vinegar, sugar, and sesame in its recipe. It has a really nice depth of flavor to it, and apparently you can use it as a sauce for pasta, too -- I haven't yet tried it for that but I think it'd be really nice for cold pasta salads! Although it is a bit pricier than some similar sized salad dressing bottles, it does pack a flavor punch and a little goes quite a long way.

The not so good

As I mentioned above, this is a pricier salad dressing than some of the similar sized bottles you'll find at supermarkets. In saying that, I do feel like the veggie-packed ingredient list means that it's probably better for you than creamy dressings so I'm not really disappointed or mad about the cost. If you eat a lot of salads and you're looking for something different to dress them with, I would definitely recommend giving this product a try. I'm also curious about how it'd go with pasta, so if you're experimenting in the kitchen there you might also want to give it a try for that. Happy eating!
