I'm a perpetual list-writer, to the point that my loved ones get me notepads and notepapers for just about every special occasion (and I love that they know me so well). These were a recent purchase for myself, and they were marked down at Muji for only 125 yen. They're a fantastic buy if you're like me and enjoy the satisfaction of ticking off tasks -- they're lined sticky notes that come with little check boxes on the side, making it easy to mark things as done. You get 30 sticky sheets in total, and they're bookmark-shaped (long and skinny), which makes them nice to add to planner pages to keep an easy view of what you want to get accomplished for the week.

These are what I call a "nice to have, but not a need to have" -- I enjoy using them, but I could just as easily record my to-do list items directly in my diary rather than adding an additional sticky note to the pages. I do think these help with keeping to-do list items separate from other things you might be writing in your planner (e.g. birthdays or appointments), so there is a handy element to them. Overall I think they're great for the price if you can find them at your local Muji marked down. Worth the purchase, in my opinion!
