If you love the Crunky chocolate bars that you can find at just about every supermarket and convenience store here, then you'll probably really enjoy this new Crunky Shiro Noir available from Komeda Coffee stores. It's inspired by the popular bar, and comes with the usual soft serve ice cream, along with chocolate sauce, and crunchy chocolate balls and feuilletine bits. It makes for a fun textural element, and flavor-wise I feel like everything works together really well. I also appreciate that they offer this in both mini size and regular size, so you can tailor your purchase to how hungry you're feeling, or whether or not you're planning to share it with someone.

I think when you compare the price of these "special" Shiro Noir's to the standard one that Komeda Coffee offers, you can see the price difference. For instance, this mini shiro noir was priced at 780 yen, but the usual mini shiro noir is only 540 yen, so quite the difference! I don't know if the chocolate sauce + chocolate balls + feuilletine makes it worth that much extra, which is something to factor in to your purchasing decisions! Overall though, I think this is well worth trying at least once if you're a big fan of Crunky like I am. Hope that you do enjoy it if you end up giving it a try -- happy eating :)
