Pineapple and mango are two of my favorite summery, tropical fruits, so I feel like this new release from Danone's Bio yogurt range is perfect for this time of year. For 247 yen you get four tubs of yogurt, and they're just the right size for a small snack or to add to a breakfast alongside some fresh fruit, granola, or oats. Along with just being a tasty, fruity yogurt, one of the plus sides to this Bio range is that the yogurt contains BE80 bacteria, which has a bunch of great benefits for your digestive health. If you want a super easy way to do something nice for your body, then this is the way to do it!

The individual yogurt tubs themselves are only 75 grams, so relatively small if you are trying to make a substantial meal out of one. You can obviously add in things like oats, granola, or some fresh fruits on the side, but you probably would want to use two tubs instead of just one if you're really wanting it to keep you full for any sizeable chunk of time. Overall though I love the flavor of these, and the additional benefits for digestive health are a bonus. Keep an eye out for this at your local supermarket if it sounds tasty to you -- I believe it'll only be around for the summer-ish period.
