Gala Yuzawa and Maiko resorts closed today due to winds

If you're a Niigata local or were planning a ski trip to our region today, please be aware that Gala Yuzawa and Maiko ski resorts are both closed due to high winds in the area. I know that Gala Yuzawa in particular gets lots of visitors (both domestic and international!) because of the great shinkansen connectivity it has, so thought I would put the word out for anyone who might see this!
