I always enjoy these bite-sized Tirol chocolates, and whenever I see a new flavor I like to try them. This strawberry mochi variety feels perfect as a winter season release, and the individually wrapped nature of them makes them easy to share or simply save for later. The price is very reasonable as well, at 108 yen for 7 pieces. The chocolates themselves have a few different components to them, which is great if you like fun flavors/textures to your chocolate fix. The outside is a strawberry flavored chocolate, then inside there's a strawberry sauce and a mochi gummy layer. Then, the bottom is white chocolate. Super fun and super delicious.

Personally, I loved these, but I can understand how someone who doesn't really like multiple textures in their chocolate wouldn't care for it too much. It's also quite sweet with the strawberry flavors and the addition of white chocolate, so if you prefer a more mellow chocolate this might not be the best option for you. Other than that, I think these are fun and perfect for winter. I am always on the lookout for limited-time goodies during this period for care packages to send back home, so I grabbed a few of these to fill parcels, too!
