Sometimes the jury is out about the benefits of fluoride, but I personally find when I don't brush with a fluoride toothpaste for stretches of time I end up getting cavities. This is a high fluoride product which was recommended by my dentist, and since using it on and off for the last few years I haven't had any cavities. It's simple to use, the bottle is compact and easy to store, and I guess at the end of the day the results speak for themselves so I can't complain. It also lasts for quite a while since you don't have to use a ton of it, so that's handy as well.

The first negative I'd mention about this product is that it has quite a watery gel consistency. If you're used to brushing with traditional toothpaste I'll be honest - this does take some getting used to. It has quite a medicinal taste (I don't know how I'd describe it other than it feels like a dentist visit at home), so that also is a little different. Last of all I'd say the price point is substantially more than high fluoride products back in my home country, but I think investing in the health of my teeth is important so I do buy this product from time to time.
