McDonalds have a few different tsukimi themed burger offerings on their menu this year, and the Sukiyaki Style Tsukimi Burger is one of them. The combo of the beef patty, bacon, cheese, egg, and the sukiyaki-style filling gives it plenty of flavor, and I also liked that McDonald's has made this year's version distinct from last year's sukiyaki offering rather than simply bringing back the same burger. With the tsukimi egg still at its heart, I think it manages to hit that seasonal theme while still offering something new. Price wise I feel like it's alright given how much there is in the way of filling, protein-packed ingredients.

The same thing that can be a positive for one person can be a negative for another. There's a lot happening in this burger, and that could ultimately be its biggest weakness. Between the beef, bacon, cheese, egg, sukiyaki filling, and the tomatoey-based sauce that's also on there, it ends up feeling pretty rich and indulgent. There are some less involved (and cheaper) tsukimi burger options on the McDonalds menu, so I think those might be a better bet for both wallet-friendliness and avoiding stomach overload!
